Q2: What is the quality of your building blocks? What safety standards do they comply with?
A2: We prioritize product quality and safety above all. All products are made from high-quality, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly ABS/PC materials with smooth, burr-free edges. We strictly adhere to international safety standards such as ISO 8124, EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 (USA), CCC (China Compulsory Certification), etc.
Q3: Can you provide samples? What is your sample policy and cost?
A3: We welcome customers to request samples for quality verification. Samples are usually provided free of charge; however, the international shipping cost is borne by the customer. For high-value sets or custom-designed samples, a nominal sample fee may apply, which can be deducted from subsequent bulk orders.
Q4: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A4: The standard MOQ for our existing products typically ranges from 500 to 1000 sets, depending on product complexity and packaging requirements. For custom-designed products or special packaging, the MOQ may be higher. We also offer flexible MOQ options for new customers or trial orders.
Q5: What is your production lead time?
A5: For standard items in stock, we can ship within 7-15 days after payment confirmation. For regular production orders, the standard lead time is 30-45 days, subject to order volume and production schedule. Complex customizations or peak-season orders may require more time.
Q6: Do you support product customization (ODM/OEM)? What is the process?
A6: Yes, we offer comprehensive ODM/OEM services. The standard process involves: Requirement Discussion -> Concept Design -> 3D Modeling & Confirmation -> Sampling -> Sample Approval -> Mold Development -> Mass Production. We work closely with you at every step.
