Q1: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A1: We are a professional manufacturer of educational & sensory toys with over 10+ years of experience. Our factory is BSCI/ISO audited and we mainly supply to Europe, North America, South America and Asia.
Q2: Are your toys safe for kids?
A2: Yes. All materials are non-toxic and eco-friendly. Our products comply with safety standards. Test reports can be provided if needed.
Q3: Can you do OEM/ODM and custom packaging?
A3: Sure. We support logo printing, custom colors, private label, display boxes and gift packaging. Just send us your design file (AI/PDF) or idea, our design team will help to make a mock-up for confirmation.
Q4: What is your MOQ? Can I mix different designs in one order?
A4: Our regular MOQ is 100 pcs per design. For trial orders we can be more flexible. Mixed designs in one order are welcome as long as each design reaches the minimum quantity.
Q5: What is your lead time?
A5: For stock items, delivery time is about 7 days after payment. For new production, usually 30 days after sample and order details are confirmed. Urgent orders can be negotiated.
Q6: How do you control the quality?
A6: We have strict QC procedures: incoming material inspection, on-line production inspection and final AQL sampling inspection before shipment. Detailed photos or videos can be provided before loading if needed.
