Are you a manufacturer or a trader?
We are a factory of silicone tooling and products. Each of the products shown on the web are our patented products and our moulds. The patents and product details can be shown to you if needed.
Is there any certificate for your factory and products?
There is BSCI testing for our factory. For each product, there are Food Safe and BPA-free testings for outdoor and houseware products. Any specific certificate can be made according to your request.
Can you provide customized service?
Yes, we are a factory with our own Mould Workshop. OEM & ODM are both welcomed by us, including custom logos, custom colors, and custom unique designs (mould & tooling).
Can we custom logo and custom color?
Sure, your logo can be printed and embossed on the products. The color can be customized according to your Pantone code.
Can I get some samples before placing an order and how long does it take?
Yes, stock samples can be offered for free with a lead time of around 1-3 days. Samples with a custom logo take around 7-10 days after the drawing is approved. Customized design samples (T1 samples) take around 25-30 days. Shipping costs are paid by the customer.
How do you control the quality of the products?
Our quality standard is based on ISO specifications. Approved samples set the standard for each order's product quality. We do 100% inspection during production, followed by a random inspection before packing. We also welcome third-party quality inspections.
