What are the available trade and payment terms?
We support trade terms including FOB, CNF, CIF, and EXW. For payments, we accept T/T (30% deposit and 70% balance against B/L copy), 100% irrevocable L/C at sight, Paypal, and Western Union.
What is the lead time for samples and production?
Sample lead time is typically 7-14 days. For mass production, Tooky brand orders take 7-10 days, while ODM/OEM orders range from 45-55 days.
How do you guarantee product quality?
We guarantee that all products received are qualified. If there are any broken parts, replacements will be sent according to the actual conditions. We have also been insured worldwide since 2017.
Are your materials environmentally friendly?
Yes, we use professional and certified materials. We conduct monthly batch paint testing via SGS and have our own safety labs. FSC-certified material is also available upon request.
How do you protect intellectual property and legal rights?
We sign NDAs to protect your designs and ensure they are not sold to others. For large orders, we can sign exclusive agreements for specific company products.
Where is the loading port located?
Our primary loading ports are Ningbo and Shanghai. Shipments can be arranged by sea, air, or express.
