1. We are the manufacturer and we invite customers from all over the world to visit us. We attend different exhibitions every year.
2. Our sales department is run separately from the factory, but under the same management.
Q2:How to proceed with the sample and what is the sample time?
1. For customized products, you can provide your design file to us. If you are new here, our designing team will help you on the design details. For OEM & ODM products, it normally takes about 1 week.
2. For some easy customized products, we always offer free samples for clients. For stock items, because we have a complete supply system, we can send samples free and fast as well, normally within 3 days.
Q3:How to ship the order to us?
1. We can ship the goods by sea to your nearest sea port; we support FOB, CIF, CFR terms.
2. We can deliver by DDP service to your address directly, including tax cost, and you don't need to do anything or pay any extra cost, such as sea DDP, train DDP, or air DDP.
3. We can deliver by express, like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, ARAMEX, special lines...
4. If you have a warehouse in China, we can send directly to your warehouse; if it is near to us, we can send it for free.
Q4:How long will it take to receive my order?
This depends on the order itself. Our sales will quote you the production time before you place the order. We have 12 sales representatives here, most of them with rich working experience, so you can get the correct information from them.
Q5:Why should you buy from us not from other suppliers? And how can we guarantee quality?
1. We are the direct factory, so we have an advantage on price.
2. Most of our sales team are experienced workers; we not only work in the office but also frequently visit our workshop. They are highly familiar with the production procedures and maintain good contact with our production manager, allowing you to get accurate information directly.
Q6:Do you offer service for E-commerce customers?
1. Yes, we offer a one-stop service for cross-border e-commerce clients, such as taking photos, sending free samples, sticking labels, changing packing boxes, and adding logos.
