Yes, we provide custom service, customers only need to provide high resolution logo/design/pics.

Q3 Can I get a sample first?

Yes, of course. We charge you mold fee for making mold and producing samples. After your approval of samples, we shall start mass production.

Q4 How can I get a tracking number of my order that has been shipped?

We will email you about the tracking number directly once the goods are shipped.

Q5 Should I need to pay mold cost next time we reorder?

No, we will keep the molds for at least 2 years, during the time you can reorder without any mold fee unless the mold is damaged.
